Returns & Refunds policy

Return Eligibility
Because Maharshi Chyavana deals in consumable Ayurvedic and healthcare supplements, we maintain a strict hygiene protocol. Returns are only accepted if you receive a damaged product, a defective product, or an incorrect item that does not match your order. We do not accept returns for opened or used consumable products under any circumstances.

How to Request a Return
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. To process the return, please email us at [maharshichyavana@gmail.com] or WhatsApp us at [9829132196] with your Order ID and clear photographs or an unboxing video showing the damage or incorrect item.

Return Process
Once your return request is approved, we will arrange for a reverse pickup through our shipping partner. The product must be returned in its original, sealed packaging with all labels and invoices intact. If a reverse pickup is unavailable in your pincode, we may ask you to ship the product back to our facility in Jaipur, and we will reimburse the standard shipping costs.

Refunds and Cancellations
Orders can be canceled for a full refund before they are dispatched from our warehouse. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. For approved returns, refunds will be initiated only after we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 7 business days. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we will request your bank account or UPI details to process the refund.​
